This review has been a long time coming. I have done multiple catering orders through this location and it has been nothing but an amazing experience.

Food tastes great. Always have plenty of leftovers too.

The staff does a great job helping you get it in the car as well.

I have frequented the Ankeny, Altoona and Johnston Pancheros, and the group at the location (Johnston) is far and away the best and most efficient franchise in the metro. Their staff is a well oiled machine. I think the difference i see at this location is the consistency of the personnel. This group has it's act together and the manager should be commended for assembling this team. Well done by all!! (Not to mention their food is alway fresh and the food line is always clean). Big fan!!

One of.my top three favorite lunch stops. I love getting the steak burrito with chips and queso. The queso is delicious! I'm also a fan of the flavo-cano hot sauce. I like their rewards program and have gotten countless free burritos because of it.

We love stopping at Pancheros when driving through DSM. Food is always great. We miss them in the KC area.

Came in last night for the first time ever and was really excited to try out pancheros for the first time ever especially with my bogo in the app for being a new customer! We asked how it worked at the register were told that they didn’t do that there despite the sign on the glass stating they do that exactly through the app for new users/customers. Then when I asked due to the sign being up, I was accused of lying about being a new customer? I tried to show them I had a code on my phone to scan but they didn’t listen. Safe to say I won’t be back again…feeling pretty scammed I’m out $30 and still have the bogo on my phone.
