As a stranger in town this bar tender (Rod) was so friendly that he introduce me to a locally brewed IPA at his expense. I ended up buying more of that drink. I wish I had come to this joint the very first day I got arrived here. Rod is a good man and for all the colored folks I just want to tell you that this bar welcome all races. As a black man I felt at home in the mist of all white people. Thanks to big Rod. Cheers
It was a Wednesday afternoon early evening and the bar was full. We sat at a table and ordered at the bar. A couple of decent choices on tap. As we sat and enjoyed our beers we noticed everyone sitting at the bar knew each other so to say this place regulars is an understatement. Bartender was very friendly.
