I spoke with 2 people yesterday who assured me that my complaint and refund would be handled in a timely manner by the location that the problem occurred and still have not been contacted.
I was on a road trip home and stopped at a location near Des Moines, Iowa. We stopped on 3/11/2025. I placed an order online at 4:22 pm. Placed our mobile order at 820pm. Currently 909pm and still waiting on order. While waiting patiently, I had my window down to enjoy the night air, the store employee came over the intercom to tell me they were not taking anymore orders this evening. The absolute worst and diabolical experience I have ever had. We went to the drive through no one got on the machine, went to the regular slots to order and no one answered. So I ordered online while we waited. AN HOUR GOES BY! No one answers the red button, no one comes out.
