I had multiple issues on an order back in October and online customer service was no help. The general manager Aona reached out to me and has been nothing but helpful! She offered to remake my entire order to make up for the issues. I arrived this evening and spoke with her. The order remake was amazing and fresh. I ordered a triple smasher. That is not what I got. I don’t know what I got but it wasn’t that it had 3 patties and the cooked onions I asked for but nothing els that goes on a smasher not the sauce the pickles anything
