I order a Venti Strawberry Acai w/ lemonade. The strawberries were wild and old. The lemonade was incredibly strong. When I went up and asked if I could a new drink made, the barista who had been on his phone more than he was helping work through the drinks and customers, Chase, acted like I was dumb and interrupting his precious time on his phone. There's overflowing trash by the door, sticky tables, and RUDE baristas.

Super excited they finally got lines on the pavement for the drive through, but I think arrows need to be added to something, it feels like almost none of your customers understand to NOT BLOCK THE BANK despite multiple signs and lines designating all that 🤣

We went to the drive thru after playing softball all day on April 26th around 4pm. We were met with the rudest barista. I believe her name was Celeste. I was tired and just wanted to grab a coffee, gift cards, and a refresher for my daughter who played all day and for my 1.5 hour drive home. My players earned a BINGO on their goal card and the reward was 'Starbies' on us coaches. I asked for 9 $5 gift cards and when I pulled up she said with the rudest tone 'you know it's easier to get gift cards in the store than it is to do at the drive thru.' Which isn't true at all because it took her a totally of 1 minute to ring up the gift cards. What took longer was the fact she messed up our drink order. After spending over $60 at this store and being met with her poor customer service and attitude I will visit a different coffee store when we are in Johnston from here on out.

Delicious! We stopped by this morning with a car full of people who all have ridiculous orders, the baristas were ON ITTTT! They knocked out our order and all of them were awesome. And they drew a cute kitty on the cups. I got the pistachio cold brew. Amazing!

Starbucks sucks. I could never recommend it. The people who work here however, they are great. Especially that lil man with the cool tats and glasses. He mesmerizes me. I could get lost in his hazel eyes forever. I long for his attention. I need him

My daughter turned 12 and was so excited to order her free Starbucks drink for her birthday. She downloaded the app on her first phone and went in to redeem and the entire staff acted like they had no clue what she was talking about. Unfortunately her Dad was with her at the time so I couldn’t help. It would have been nice for an employee to explain to her how the reward system works and when she can redeem instead of acting like she had no idea what she was talking about. Very disappointed she was treated that way.

Great wings and chucken tenders just wish they did a 10 wing meal instead of just 8. Their sauces are the highlight they have so many great choices.

Guessing my order at the drive thru is horrible customer service. Most of the time they get it wrong. Today the girl at the drive thru argued with me about this being poor customer service ā€œimportant we recognize our customersā€. Well today you recognized the wrong one.

Brad is amazing! I only had a brief interaction with him but could tell he is a really good guy and a hard worker and loves his job. You don’t find that everywhere you go, it’s not super common anymore I feel like. He was refreshing. Anyway, I just wanted to share this so his boss could hopefully see it!

Great Starbucks store. Employees were pleasant. Disappointed that this store just disposes of their coffee in the trash which anyone with a garden, houseplants, shrubs, young trees or in conjunction with freshly started grass seeding. If the store goes through just 2 bags of coffee (5 lbs each) per day! they dispose of almost 2 TONS each year that ends up IN THE landfills and its runoff water managed I’m leachate systems in the area. Starbucks has always been at the cutting edge as striving for an o or net neutral or better carbon footprint. Worth reconsidering. I’ll check back and update if possible.,
