Delicious! We stopped by this morning with a car full of people who all have ridiculous orders, the baristas were ON ITTTT! They knocked out our order and all of them were awesome. And they drew a cute kitty on the cups. I got the pistachio cold brew. Amazing!

Starbucks sucks. I could never recommend it. The people who work here however, they are great. Especially that lil man with the cool tats and glasses. He mesmerizes me. I could get lost in his hazel eyes forever. I long for his attention. I need him

My daughter turned 12 and was so excited to order her free Starbucks drink for her birthday. She downloaded the app on her first phone and went in to redeem and the entire staff acted like they had no clue what she was talking about. Unfortunately her Dad was with her at the time so I couldn’t help. It would have been nice for an employee to explain to her how the reward system works and when she can redeem instead of acting like she had no idea what she was talking about. Very disappointed she was treated that way.

Great wings and chucken tenders just wish they did a 10 wing meal instead of just 8. Their sauces are the highlight they have so many great choices.

Guessing my order at the drive thru is horrible customer service. Most of the time they get it wrong. Today the girl at the drive thru argued with me about this being poor customer service “important we recognize our customers”. Well today you recognized the wrong one.

Brad is amazing! I only had a brief interaction with him but could tell he is a really good guy and a hard worker and loves his job. You don’t find that everywhere you go, it’s not super common anymore I feel like. He was refreshing. Anyway, I just wanted to share this so his boss could hopefully see it!

Great Starbucks store. Employees were pleasant. Disappointed that this store just disposes of their coffee in the trash which anyone with a garden, houseplants, shrubs, young trees or in conjunction with freshly started grass seeding. If the store goes through just 2 bags of coffee (5 lbs each) per day! they dispose of almost 2 TONS each year that ends up IN THE landfills and its runoff water managed I’m leachate systems in the area. Starbucks has always been at the cutting edge as striving for an o or net neutral or better carbon footprint. Worth reconsidering. I’ll check back and update if possible.,

All I wanted was a delicious hot coffee but is that too much to ask? Must be because I get rude attitudes EVERY TIME I go to this location regarding my mobile order pick up time. I don’t order at the window because of my complicated order but what’s the difference if I ordered 3 minutes ago on the app or if I order at the drive through? At least the app gives them a few minute head start. So I talked to manager Anthony who did not care to rectify the situation, instead told me I need to wait 10 minutes after placing a mobile order before coming through the drive through, when the app said ready in 3 minutes. Anthony just wanted to argue with me and said he was calling corporate to have me removed from his area. I called corporate, was told there is not a 10 minute rule and was escalated to the district manager who will call me within 24-48 hours. This store needs to take lessons from the Hickman location. And to top it off, my order says NO MILK FOAM and coffee was 2/3 full with 1/3 milk foam ?

The iced mocha was done to a T. Honestly though, more often than not, my hot mocha are short. I don't use whip cream so ther is no reason not to put the full 20 ounces in my cup.

If I could give this location less than one star, I would. Every time I order from here, I pay for a venti and never get a full cup. I am also pregnant so decided to order a sandwich for breakfast this morning and the bacon was completely raw. Horrible quality every time, this place needs new management.

The woman that took our order in the drive thru was so kind, personable and energetic that it kind of took me aback but in a good pleasantly surprised way. Drinks were the usual you’d expect from Starbucks.
