This is by far the best Subway in the Des Moines metro. I often leave Subways disappointed I went in the first place, wishing I could have just made my sandwich myself as they're sloppily thrown together and zero customer service accompanies them, but not here. Alex was so welcoming and eagerly wanted each customer to have the best experience. The restaurant is so clean, I thought it was a new building. My protein bowl was the best I've had at any Subway!! We will be stopping here again!!

Greeted with a friendly welcome as we entered. Staff was very polite and made our sandwiches with care. Food was fresh and delicious. Great experience. I'll be back again when I'm in that area.
