My wife and I hated at your Texas roadhouse last night. Our bill was $120 my steak had a gristle in the middle of it filet mignon my macaroni and cheese was crusted over my wife’s meal was just fine. I said something to the waitress, she went and told the manager And he give us $10 off in my opinion. This was ridiculous. We had to stop at a drive-through at McDonald’s just to get something else to eat.

As a busy family we order to-go quite often and each time the food gets a little worse. This time my husband’s adult meal of chicken fried chicken was the size of 2 small chicken fritters and my daughter’s Mac n cheese was just a cup of cooked noodles with small dollop of cheese on top, dry enough you couldn’t stir it to make it take anywhere near Mac n cheese. The last 3 out of 4 orders we’ve placed, we have had to make a second trip to either get all of our items or get items, corrected. Take more pride in what you’re sending out the door. We love Texas Roadhouse but will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

The steak was not what they usually serve, it was mushy feeling and extremely salty.everything we ordered was really not good, the waitress was awesome.
Great amd friendly staff. Gor a flat tire on the way to our wait list time. Morgan was willing to postpone and was friendly when i called back to rejoin the list. Noah was very friendly kept the drinks and rolls refreshed! Food quality excellent!

Let me start out by saying the Pork Chops, Baked Potato and Baked Sweet Potato I had were delicious. No qualms about rhe food tonight, BUT….
There’s nothing like a group of Black Brothas having a meal together and being profiled at Texas Roadhouse in Urbandale, IA by our Waiter, Mason who proceeded to aggressively tell us that he already knows we want Tabsco or Hot Sauce with our food because it’s and automatic for us (paraphrased it). For the record, I detest Tabasco, Louisana, Red Hot or any other Hot Sauce!
THEN…(Oh yes there’s more)…. when one of the fellas came in late after we had had previously told the staff up front as well as Mason that he would be late and had ordered already, he raises his voice loudly with an attitude and asks, “Now is this it?!?! Is this the last one?!?!?”. Wowsers! Thanks for the great service Mason. Tonights dinning experience… 4 out of 10 ⭐️’s

March 30th 2025 a COCK ROACH came crawling out of our food after she sat it down on the table! We got up and left immediately! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!
