I never give 5 stars. Staff is too young! Social skills not good! Great smoothies I really like apple pie

Overall, this location is amazing! The food is hot, the smoothies are packed with flavor....if you go before noon. The morning crew is amazing and make great food. The afternoon/evening crew...different story. All the smoothies taste like ice, and the food is always missing ingredients and is smaller? I come here often as it's one of the only places I can get a smoothie when I work odd hours, and I have come over a dozen times at this point, and the morning is always great...and the evening makes me want to never return after noon. All I want is for the smoothies to always taste the same and for the food to be the same. I just want the evening crew to get more training, and to care, or follow the recipe.

whoever answered the phone at about 1:20 on 8/11 is my hero. car broke down on the way to get my order, they were SO NICE and so helpful. 100/10 service!!!!

I may be partial to all the smoothie places back home in va beach but ordered three different smoothies for my family and all were tasteless. I would not return. Place was clean customer care was great. Just not for us.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a kids quesadilla meal for pickup yesterday, for the kids meal side I had selected a banana. When I received my order I opened the bag to find a completely black banana that had oozed all over the box of the kids quesadilla and my wrap. I called to let this location know about it and their response was “well, do you want a free banana next visit?” The issue isn’t me wanting a refund or a replacement banana, the issue is that a visibly black rotten banana was put into our food bag and then got all over our food and I had to then figure out a different food option for my toddler after we’d gotten to our destination. If you’re a mom, you know how frustrating this would be. I order pretty frequently from this location when I’m in the area and I’d expect better service than this from any restaurant but especially one that prides themselves on fresh and healthy food options.
