I may be partial to all the smoothie places back home in va beach but ordered three different smoothies for my family and all were tasteless. I would not return. Place was clean customer care was great. Just not for us.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a kids quesadilla meal for pickup yesterday, for the kids meal side I had selected a banana. When I received my order I opened the bag to find a completely black banana that had oozed all over the box of the kids quesadilla and my wrap. I called to let this location know about it and their response was “well, do you want a free banana next visit?” The issue isn’t me wanting a refund or a replacement banana, the issue is that a visibly black rotten banana was put into our food bag and then got all over our food and I had to then figure out a different food option for my toddler after we’d gotten to our destination. If you’re a mom, you know how frustrating this would be. I order pretty frequently from this location when I’m in the area and I’d expect better service than this from any restaurant but especially one that prides themselves on fresh and healthy food options.

Got the detox green smoothie and a hummus wrap (made vegan with no cheese or ranch) and both were delicious!! Have also ordered the chia banana boost with vegan protein powder, which was really good, and the sunrise sunset. I would recommend asking for no added sugar—they put huge amounts of turbinado sugar if you don’t specify otherwise, and the smoothies still taste sweet and yummy without the extra! Great service too.

My first time here was yesterday. I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie, it was perfect. It was so good, I went back today. The Beach Bum Smoothie did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Their smoothies are top-notch! Good size, selection, and tastey. Tried the Acai Bowl and it was very good! Has a good amount berries and fruit. I'd recommend visiting if you're up for a healthy and quick snack!

I love Tropical Smoothie however this is the 3rd time they haven’t put the salsa on my Santa Fe Quesadilla and no side of salsa next to it. Just disappointed that this has become a regular issue lately. When I ordered multiple times before, it comes with salsa and typically a side of it too.
