The order was placed on their website BUT a dasher supposedly hand delivered it to me and it was def not delivered and i checked multiple buildings at the hospital. Called and was told i wont get a refund.

Their smoothies are top-notch! Good size, selection, and tastey. Tried the Acai Bowl and it was very good! Has a good amount berries and fruit. I'd recommend visiting if you're up for a healthy and quick snack!

I love Tropical Smoothie however this is the 3rd time they haven’t put the salsa on my Santa Fe Quesadilla and no side of salsa next to it. Just disappointed that this has become a regular issue lately. When I ordered multiple times before, it comes with salsa and typically a side of it too.

Smoothies are very good, and the Santa Fe wraps are awesome! Great blend of flavors. They were out of the mango drinks and food, but that was okay. It's late in the season. I've gone back 2 more times since I first went. I will definitely be going back to try other items and flavors on their menu.Also, it is a very convenient location in Johnston.

this store messes up my order like 70% of the time, they don’t give me my sides when i order online and they don’t add my extras to my food ??
The team here worked incredibly well together. I thought we’d be waiting for an hour when I saw the line backed out the door. It was like 5-10 min. Faster than fast food

I decided to get yelp just to review this place. I was riding my bike around town from Urbandale and I didn't have any money on me because I thought I wouldn't need it. Turns out I needed some water because I forgot to bring one so I found this place and I asked if I could have water for free and they understood how I was feeling (pretty tired from riding my bike) and they gave me a large cup of water. I never tried the food and stuff here but I know it should be pretty good! I would definitely come here again!! I would 100% of a doubt recommend this place to anyone! Thank you!
