“Had a horrible experience Mother's Day evening. my son-in-law is disabled and he has a service animal. We were humiliated by the way The staff approached us about the service animal. They immediately told us that service animals were not allowed in the bar. I believe they are about to get schooled on the Americans with disabilities act. SHAME ON THEM! It sucks this small town needs small businesses and I love this little town. It's just sad when you're treated this way after being in there several times in the last month with friends and family. I try to support local but this is left a bad taste in my mouth. and unfortunately I'm not the only one.”

“My family and I are brand new to Dysart and we decided to try Harper’s today for our first meal in town and it did not disappoint! I got the crispy chicken sandwich, my husband and son chose the bone-in chicken wings, and my mom ordered a burger. The food was made fresh and of quality ingredients, and the portions were generous! We all loved our respective orders and I can easily say it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Donna was our waitress and she was very welcoming and made excellent recommendations. Even though we just met, she made us feel like old friends. After finishing our meals, my family and I all agreed we will definitely become regulars here. We can’t wait to try other items on the menu!”

“We were having a birthday party for my husband and we have a family member with celiac disease so it was important to have both delicious and safe food for the weekend. We ordered a cake and potato buns for the party. Both were great but the potato buns were amazing! Everyone was excited to have a GF bread option that was so good!!! Highly recommend!”

“For me it's all about the Customer Service. If you're served with great presents. This will keep you coming back. With this being said, I want to commend Neva on her Customer Service. No matter how busy she is. She always greets the customer with a smile, and makes sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. We can't blame the food on the staff because most of the product is pre-made. Great job Neva ??

Dietary restrictions: They have a salad platter to go. I wish they had a fruit platter to go. Also I would like to see all product dated.”

“So went to McDonald’s in Evansdale just a little bit ago and the girl which was a manager had a complete attitude after I paid and went up to the presenting window I realized this poor girl was taking orders for both drive thrus and taking money and bagging the orders. I asked her if she was doing everything alone and she said yes and immediately apologized for sounding rude, I told her I could understand why this poor girl you can tell was having a horrible night she had tears in her eyes like she was about to break down I told her I hope her night gets better. So to this manager I don’t know how new of a manager you are but I can tell you what you were doing tonight was amazing work it’s not fun having to do it all. I hope whoever is your GM knows how great of a worker you are.”
