I've heard many negative reviews on this location, so I don't frequent it very often, but today I went and had a great experience and felt I needed to share. It seems it is much easier to share negative experiences than ones where our expectations are met or exceeded.

We have been customers of yours on several occasions and we have always been very satisfied however our visit last night was awful. We went to the drive through and service was very very slow and when we finally received our order my wife’s blizzard was soft and I am positive that is the reason they never flipped it my Carmel Sunday had very little Carmel and the order of pretzels were hard as a brick with no cheese dip at all.
