A nice young lady I believe she was the managerVery pleasant, we had said that we hadn't been in a while she was very helpful on your value menuWe ended up settling with some soft shells and of course my favorite the Mexican Pizza. The food was Hot. Temp wise Very Good by the way. I haven't been to a fast food restaurant that has been that clean and for an employee to be so helpful.I want to give that whole crew that worked that day high 5I have been assistant manager for fast food sub shop. “Good food, ya know as far as Taco John's goes. The staff was fun and chatty, while maintaining speed and service. Only down side was the building was a little dirty, but I can get past that.

Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of room, especially for the size of the building.“

“I've heard many negative reviews on this location, so I don't frequent it very often, but today I went and had a great experience and felt I needed to share. It seems it is much easier to share negative experiences than ones where our expectations are met or exceeded. I placed a pretty large order that included food, dips, drinks, and ice cream. Being a holiday, the line was quite long and I still got through pretty quickly. The food order was hot and all correct. Both staff were very friendly, one even apologized for the long wait time, which I did not feel was that long especially considering the size of my order and it being a busy holiday. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!“

“The subs were good... The wrap was so small I thought it was a 6 in bun rolled up .... The churro we ordered was rock hard..... nobody ate that so money literally thrown away because not even a saw would get through that.... Just not great at making the food“

I go during lunch or after work with my kids and there is great costumer service: we are always greeted with smiles!Whenever I want something quick that isn’t greasy fast food, I head to Jimmy John’s. My only complaint is that when I order a number 12 with Xtra Hot Peppers, it’s never enough ?! Thank you Jimmy John’s for providing good service and even better food!“
