The brisket and ribs are highly recommended, with perfect textures and amazing flavors. The restaurant serves up legitimate central Texas smoked meat in Iowa, with excellent brisket bark and tender, moist meat. The staff and pit masters take great pride in their work, creating a treasure of an establishment. The barbecue sauce, especially the neck of the wood sauce, is a delight and a highlight of the dining experience. Wheelchair accessibility is available with handicap parking in front of the building.
