“We had brisket and burnt ends with bacon mac 'n cheese, baked beans, and cole slaw. Everything was delicious! The brisket and burnt ends were so soft I could eat it with a spoon. (I know because I dropped my fork and used my spoon. Our knives were never used. Not needed.) The sauce was thick and the perfect compliment! The bacon mac 'n cheese was so creamy. I could have used a little more . It's still very good. The baked beans were homemade. Slightly sweet and baked to perfection. Not too mushy. My husband loved the slaw. I don't do slaw. The service was superb. The two servers were so friendly...I almost wanted to invite them to sit and eat with us. Food came on good time. The ambiance was the biggest surprise. When my husband pulled into the driveway, I was skeptical of trying this place. It looked like a shack. But I was feeling adventurous, so I agreed to try it. When we entered, we were impressed! Clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming feel. I'm definitely coming back! Oh, we also had the oreo dessert... I can't remember the name, but I definitely recommend it.“
