Had a chicken crisp sandwich meal. The chicken was cold and could tell it was cooked in old oil ( I’m a former District Manager). Fries were also cold. My food sat for several minutes before it was served, no reason why it should have been that long of a wait. Outside of that, the crew were completely top notch and were calling customers by their names, great to see. Overall experience was good just wish the food was better especially at lunch time. (11:30am).

This morning 9/19 at 7:29am I went through drive through with my 3 year old. He was having a bad morning and my anxiety was high. I ordered him French toast sticks. As I pulled up to the window he was upset. The lady in the drive through took her time to talk to him through the window and gave him a crown. This turned him into smiles and made my anxiety lower. She was amazing and you are lucky to have her. I wish I would have gotten her name. Not many people take the extra time...
