Call five times Friday, February 2, 2024 was placed on hold or 10 minutes every time very poor service quality has really went downhill
They are supposed to be open for delivery and no one is answering the phone. Of you are closed and not available for delivery then make sure your website says that😡
Went for curbside pickup last night, they completely ignored my arrival for 4-5 minutes. Checked my confirmation and saw a different address, so I thought I had ordered from the wrong store and went to the address in the confirmation email. It was the smoker's outlet that is where their old store used to be. Went back to the new Dominos, they are still completely unaware that I had arrived to pick up my pizza. I called, they were like "Oh, yeah, we'll bring it out." Dude...read full review
