Unlike some other locations, I don't have anything bad to say about this Papa Johns. They always deliver our pizza earlier than expected and the pizza has always been good and my special requests are always met. Anytime I go in for carryout, the people are nice and get my stuff ready quick.
Also- with the new update to the app, it is spot on for accuracy with delivery time and when they'll show up.

I called the manager tonight to explain the Amazing service I received. From the phone order taker, to the cook, to the delivery driver! Amazing! We didn't have to pick cheese off the box, pizza and cheese sticks Hot and fresh. I've NEVER had this experience with Any Papa John's! Special recognition needs to happen! Everyone complains, but some COMPLIMENT for a job above and beyound!beyond! Great plating!
I recently visited Papa John’s in Marion, and I had a really great experience. The quality of the pizza was excellent, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The crust was soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. You can really tell they take pride in making their pizzas.
