So Isaiah was our bartender earlier this morning. The food and service were 10/10 per usual. But it gets so much sweeter, when I lost the back to my earring, I asked if he had a pencil eraser of some sort I could use. He looked but couldn’t find one, I thanked him for looking and accepted that my chandelier earrings wouldn’t be making appearance that night. Until this man saved my entire fit. He swung back around a few moment later and had cut up a few different sizes of wine cork for me to see if that would work, and it did! He really didn’t have to go out of his way, he could have brushed it off, but he didn’t. It was so kind and wholesome. Thank you hipster for not only a great menu, but the most genuine staff in the world ❤️

Super energetic atmosphere with creative decor. The salmon was cooked to perfection! The Ramen seemed suspiciously like spaghetti but the sauce was fantastic. Super flavorful, spicy without being over the top. Saturday night and the place was packed but we were seated within a few minutes and the food came out in a reasonable time. Nice variety on the menu too.

We have wanted to try this place for a while. We made a reservation on Open Door for 530 on Friday night. Their happy hour discounts include Friday night were so many places do not. The place was pretty much full when we got thier and full by 6. I ordered one of the weekly specials, Cioppion. Fantastic! Have not had any better since we were in Boston. Mary got the fish and chips, again, cooked perfectly and plenty! Luis, our server was, was fantastic. Explained all of the specials and discussed the many delicious options on the menu and was very attentive to any of our needs. I do not generally give all 5 star reviews, but the hip-stir hit on all aspects. Oh, they also have a ramen around the world options. We look forward to those rotating options to try.

This place is a one of a kind! Walking in, the atmosphere is warm and not like other places with an edgy feel. The food was amazing in option, presentation and taste!!! You could tell our servers love their jobs and are proud of where they work. The combination is a MUST STOP every time we come through town from Wisconsin to Colorado!!

I don't come often, but Hip-Stir is one of my favorites! The fries are amazing, no sauce needed 🤤 I have always ordered the Sacred Cow when I come and it is amazing, but this week I came during lunch and it was not the same. I'm not sure if the recipe changed or if it was a mistake, but it was a little disappointing. It was still good, just not next level good. Still 5⭐!

Had to use flashlight to read menu due to low lighting. Menu was not very appealing to me.

We invited friends out to hipstir for dinner and we enjoyed the food and the service. Unfortunately our seating arrangements were very uncomfortable so 3 out of the 6 of us had to stand to eat. I hope in the future they give actual tables to those who make reservations.
