asked for mayo packets, it even says on the RECIEPT TWICE, didnt get any, found out 5 minutes down the road, thank you for ruining my picklewich Jimmy johns
Their delivery drivers utilize the handicapped spaces for their own cars with no placards or license plate. A vehicle with three handicapped customers has no place to park. Despicable, the manger on duty would not reprimand nor ask their employees to move their cars.
The Marion location is the only one open on that side of town so I have to go there. Every time, they never ask for the rewards number. Small inconvenience but I shouldn’t have to ask to put my number in.
Today- while in the drive thru, I asked for sandwich and then said “no tomatoes”. He read back my order but didn’t say anything about tomatoes. So I said “yep, no tomatoes” and he rudely snapped back “yeah I got it.”

Jimmy John's sandwiches have become smaller in size and more expensive, with some customers considering making their own at home. Despite this, the Thai chicken wrap is excellent and addictive, with great service and cleanliness. However, there have been issues with getting the correct order, such as receiving lettuce when none was requested. While normally a great spot, some experiences, like missing avocado spread on the Beach Club sandwich, have left customers disappointed.
