At KFC, the cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty floors and tables covered in crumbs. The manager was seen being hostile towards employees, yelling orders. Despite the issues, the staff, including Elijah, Dillion, and Joe, were apologetic and fixed the messed-up orders. However, the food quality left much to be desired, with chicken nuggets that were small and hard, not living up to the advertised image. This experience left the customer feeling let down and unlikely to return.
