Big name franchise ran with a small town feel, as while their systems are updated for full online or phone app ordering they also still take orders over the phone just like before the days of less interaction with people. They are also super awesome at making up for mistakes on an order, whether it’s pickup or delivery. The Pizza Hut in Marion, IA is by far the best Pizza Hut that I've ever been to. The food quality is consistent and always very good. They rarely ever make a mistake and are happy to correct it if they do. The staff knows you by name and many of them have been there for years. They all are very friendly and I enjoy doing business with them. Thanks for always taking care of my family's weekly pizza needs! -Josh
