When I was in the kids where just messing around, I watched a kid eat some chips with gloves on the go back to making a pizza, didn’t change gloves didn’t wash his hands, it was absolutely disgusting! I wish I would of said something. Definitely wouldn’t give them anymore business

Was so great! The food was delicious and the staff were so nice! My twins absolutely loved the Mac Daddy Pizza, and it came out quick! Thet even gave my kiddos free kid scoops from the ice cream place right next door!! We have leftovers for the munchies later ? we can't wait to go back!

My friends and I stopped in to get some pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas and after waiting for 30 minutes oneof the kids working came over to say itwould be out shortly. we asked how much longer and he said 25 more minutes. Are you kidding me we would be waiting an hour for 3 pizzas. When we asked to just get our money back he the said ten minutes. We never say an adult behind the counter until we were complaining just a bunch of kids. Terrible service!!! and very little toppings on our pizzas. I think we should have gotten our meal for free. I don't think the 5 of us will be back.

We went for a birthday lunch and several booths were full. There was one worker for the entire place. She was very apologetic and said we'd have to wait for approximately 30 minutes for our pizza. In the meantime, she brought us free garlic cheese bread and when she brought our pizzas, they were larger than what was on the menu. It was over the top service, not necessary as far as we were concerned, and the food was wonderful! Only reason for 4 stars is that, as others have said, it is a little loud when the place is full. Highly recommend and we will return!

First time here, came in with my wife. Very friendly service, food is good. Got a chicken bacon ranch pizza and some cheesy bread. Both were well seasoned. Dough was just the way I like it, crunch on bottom with a tiny bit of chew on top where the sauce is. Not to mention in range of two pokestops, so win win :D

My first review was 2 years ago and 4 stars. I think it's been at least that long since I've ordered take out that was on time, correct, or warm. Prices have gone up quite a bit since they've opened. Pizza ingredient and make quality has gone down. Wings are generally cold. I guess joke is on us for continuing to try and order from somewhere that used to be decent and reliable.

They didnt secure the lid on the salad so I ended up having salad ALL over my car. Otherwise they had great service and was pleasant to work with
Friendly service, but the pizzas are not what you want. The crust is dry and chewy, the sauce is bitter and grainy. The toppings were below average in quality and quantity. (The double cheese pizza with extra cheese had bald spots and no thick spots)... And they're expensive. Definitely do ok with the salads and wings, though. Their hallway is a mile long on a steep incline, too, to get into the main restaurant. "Wheelchair accessible" being a technical term, you'd have to be pretty athletic in your wheelchair to make it. (I couldn't, with my walker)

The customer service was great and the pizza was amazing. I got the gluten free crust in the crab Rangoon pizza. My husband got regular crust and buffalo chicken. We would definitely recommend to anyone. They have so many different choices so there is something for everyone.

I will go back and give them another try. Young guy was doing everything. He had to leave the dining/service area unstaffed with customers at the counter, so he could go get the other worker. In the meantime, the "to go" order in the oven got burnt, so they had to redo that order, before they even started ours. For some reason the young man was having issues with register, causing half the order to be lost. He apologized to us and wrote it by hand. Through it all, he had a great attitude and served with a smile. I have heard great things about this place, so I will give them another try.

Dine in experience is now terrible. No service from the employees. Nothing to explain that you now have to order via a website. 1st word said to us was when I had to ask about drinks bc the website did not have them available. This place had such promise when they first open and now I will probably never eat there again.

My son and I do dinner dates and he choose Urban Pie! We didn’t check the hours of operation but the door was open at 335 so we walked in. The nicest lady ever, said we aren’t open until 4 but go ahead and sit down I will make you what you want!! Now that is customer service!! Thank YOU so very much!! Food was yummy!!!
