We ordered food for lunch today and the order was not great. I mentioned when ordering that my son and I have a dairy allergy. The gentleman who took our order said 'okay'. We get up to the window and pay then we were directed to park although no one was behind us... About 10 minutes later they bring out our food. I notice immediately we are missing a medium fry and go inside to get said fries. I am given our fries and return to our vehicle. My son wants his sandwich so I pull it out (ordered a kids hamburger with fries and apple juice) once to realize it has cheese..... the apple juice was apple sauce, so pretty much a total loss. My sandwich was supposed to be a bacon burger (bacon cheeseburger with no cheese) and I received a plain burger completely overloaded with mayo to the point I could barely taste the meat. Definitely don't eat here unless you have no other options. Wendy's does a much better job and they are just down the street.

Happy new year 05, bf wanted to get some food and got the Frisco, and some other stuff.. the Frisco was full blasted of Mayo and I can't even tell if the other stuff was cheese haha and that was it. I'm sure it has other stuff that it even shows in the picture menu. Whoever made it you suck just like your new years . The lady was nice though.

We attempted to dine in at this Hardee's tonight. As we walked in we were greeted by two workers staring at their phones. We stood there and they looked right as us, but continued to be on their phones until a drive thru customer came, then they got off of their phones. I wondered why it looked as if they weren't even open on the outside. They never once attempted to take out order.

We live on MN/IA border and was traveling through on our way to a wedding. We ordered a 1/4 Mushroom Combo and HB Chick Sandwich. The fries were very cold and the chicken had a huge piece of grisle in it. There weren't even any other people there at the time. I couldn't even eat it!
Fun fact: if you ask for something that's not on the menu you can talk to a human.I'll give it 5 stars if they get rid of the ai automated system at the drive through. I don't wish to be recorded or listen to a recording. If you're going to cut workers out of the mix like that, drop your prices.

Came thro drive the talking computer. Come on were the personal interaction with customers. It screwed up my order witch is frustrating. Then had to repeat my order at window. Cashier screwed it up now I get no sandwich tonight. Man just use real people.
