There is absolutely no sense of urgency in this place. I stool here for almost 20 minutes waiting for an online order. Ridiculous. Everyone walks around with no urgency.

Drive up should not take 10 minutes from order to window. When I got to the window, he didn’t even have my order in, so he took it there and I had to wait longer! Can’t wait for Taco John’s to open again.

The cashier or person up front inside the restaurant was very very soft-spoken and could barely hear him when I said I wanted a large lemonade like a specialty lemonade he could have told me that they only had one size cuz I expected a large cup. The other person with me ordered a burger I ordered the chicken tenders burger was really thin and the tenders were More like nugget sized not to mention that when I asked for a lot of dipping sauce I only got two. Theres reason I haven't eaten there for years and I won't be eating there again at any Hardee's for that matter.

My only complaint is that the food is outrageously over priced. A superstar with cheese, medium meal was like 15 bucks. If I wanted to pay 15 bucks for a single meal I would go to Applebee's or perkins. Fast food should not be this expensive

Theres a person named matthew that works there he was rude to my daughter that was calling to check up on her application. Hes lile for the love of god dont call again during a lunch rush. Ue didnt have to b that rude i honestly thing he needs something done to him for being that rude i hope to go hes not in management if so demote him.
