Theres a person named matthew that works there he was rude to my daughter that was calling to check up on her application. Hes lile for the love of god dont call again during a lunch rush. Ue didnt have to b that rude i honestly thing he needs something done to him for being that rude i hope to go hes not in management if so demote him.

Came today after work. Doesn't bother me that they don't have an ordering kiosk to keep the line down, but in this day an age, you should have one. Service was OK, helpful, but was missing items from my order, and didn't catch it until I got home a hour away.

We ordered food for lunch today and the order was not great. I mentioned when ordering that my son and I have a dairy allergy. The gentleman who took our order said 'okay'. We get up to the window and pay then we were directed to park although no one was behind us... About 10 minutes later they bring out our food. I notice immediately we are missing a medium fry and go inside to get said fries. I am given our fries and return to our vehicle. My son wants his sandwich so I pull it out (ordered a kids hamburger with fries and apple juice) once to realize it has cheese..... the apple juice was apple sauce, so pretty much a total loss. My sandwich was supposed to be a bacon burger (bacon cheeseburger with no cheese) and I received a plain burger completely overloaded with mayo to the point I could barely taste the meat. Definitely don't eat here unless you have no other options. Wendy's does a much better job and they are just down the street.
Happy new year 05, bf wanted to get some food and got the Frisco, and some other stuff.. the Frisco was full blasted of Mayo and I can't even tell if the other stuff was cheese haha and that was it. I'm sure it has other stuff that it even shows in the picture menu. Whoever made it you suck just like your new years . The lady was nice though.
