I cannot recommend the green curry. It was not spicy, very sweet. The carrots, onions and green peppers were raw. The shrimp were tiny. The saddest part was the fact there was very little sauce. After pulling out the raw veggies and tiny shrimp my photo shows how much sauce was in that small shallow bowl it was served in. Very disappointing, especially for the cost.

Jack’s Pho House is a hidden gem in Marshalltown serving incredibly fresh and flavorful Vietnamese food. The pho broth is rich and packed with authentic spices and tender meats. You can really tell everything is made with care. Their spring rolls and banh mi are my personal favorites! If you're looking for Thai tea or bobba, this is the place! They have a wide variety of flavors, including horchata, taro, and coconut (my personal favorites!).
The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and service is always quick and kind. Perfect for a comforting meal any day of the week. We are so lucky to have a place like this in town!

Jack's Pho' is an amazing, family owned and ran local treasure. The food is exceptional. Everything is fresh and tastes so good, you can't stop eating. The service is fast and friendly even when they're very busy. The newly remodeled interior is modern yet still cozy.

Pho was disgusting. Got the Pho Chicken, the serving plate was dried up, broth was watery and clear. Not authentic in the slightest. Owner admitted to cutting back on meat in another review, and it's quite true. Only got about 6 small pieces. Crab rangoons were better than the main dish. Only good thing I can say about it is that the waitress was nice. Don't waste your time here.

Pho was not good. Rated top 9 in IA is a rough sign... broth was bland, noodles were over cooked, pre plate was dried out.
Crab Rangoon were okay but not good.
The place was clean, the service was fine and it was cheap but as the owner admits this is at the cost of very little meat in the pho.

Love this place. The food is beyond great. The staff is wonderful. Even when it’s busy and low on staff they run around and make it happen.
