I was at the Marshalltown, IA location today in the drive thru. It was noon. I understand a lunch rush, so, the long wait I understand, but....when we got to place our 30 minutes later, I was told bread was cooking and it’d be 20-25. They were planning on telling the 5 other cars behind me, as well at least the car in front of me because they had just drove right by the pick up window. I asked, why don’t you have someone come out and tell them this so they’re not waiting...read full review
I just had the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. The Marshalltown location does a fantastic job! Keep it up!
You guys rock!! Came in placed an order to go and literally had it in under a minute. Makes my job easier when I can get in and out so quickly thank you for the great service!!
