Usually have a great experience at this Starbucks, not this time some bigger set man named Bernice with curly hair like noodles was giving me terrible attitude like me buying a drink isn’t what’s paying him. Not sure if it’s because he has to ride the city bus home or someone ordered all the pasties that he planned to eat after his shift was over. But please do better this is a business not his house household.

I wish I got the guy's name but I didn't. I was there July 30th around 1:45 p.m. I'm not from Iowa, I'm from California and im here to do clinical hours. His character and positive energy made my day so much better. He didn't know, but I have a very important test today to do and I needed this lavender frappe to help calm my nerves.

I order a matcha with strawberry cold foam from the new Starbucks by S Center. The matcha was grainy and the strawberry cold foam tasted like sour cream and barely tasted like strawberry. I would appreciate if you guys would check to make sure the product is good before surviving. Please and thank you!!

I'm rarely a coffee drinker but I ordered a venti cappuccino from this place and they gave me a drink that I kid you not was at minimum 60% foam. I had maybe an index fingers worth of liquid in my cup.

Really nice staff. My daughter spilled her hot chocolate right before leaving hyvee and when we went to reorder they remade her drink for free. She had been having a rough morning so it really meant a lot to me that they did that.
Starbucks is definitely a place where you really have to decide on where you want to go! Many Starbucks employees are very nice people! The atmosphere is clean it's just their prices are way too pricey! I've been to a Starbucks in one location where they charged me for any add-ins of any kind and I end up paying way more than I would ever pay on any kind of coffee! And because of that I had stopped going to Starbucks unless it was an actual need and it was the only thing I could find.
