“I used to live in Mason city and now live 2.5hours away, but every time I go to Mason city I have to go to taco tico. Great food, great service, always busy, and responsible prices. I have been to lots of restaurants in my life and alot of restaurants have messed up my order, I have been to taco tico in Mason city plenty of times and they have never messed up on my order.”

“We ate barbecued ribs at Dandy's, The ribs were by far the best we had ever had, and the service was fantastic!”

“I love pasta Bella, but lately the pasta Bella salad is getting smaller and smaller. it use to fill the plate with to ato and cucumber on top now there is lettuce in the middle with tomato and cucumber on the side of the plate. pro a ly at least a third smaller but still the same price.”

“We were driving through from Waterloo to Minneapolis, stopped in Mason City to visit family and looked at Google maps for restaurants. Happy Donkey came up. Only one other table with customers. We were skeptical. Service was friendly, establishment was clean, food was delicious (donkey enchilada was my choice and couldn't have been happier)!! Worth stopping!! 5/5!!!”

“We have been to the Clear Lake and Rockwell locations!!! We love the ice cream and the staff is great. Clear Lake's addition of the hot dogs is great too. We tried one with cream cheese and it was really good. Thanks for the great service and the variety of flavors.”

“They kicked out our party of 8 because we pushed together tables near the billiards table. Very unprofessional, discourteous and downright rude. These distasteful actions were performed by the owner herself. We have been here numerous times before and love food. However we will not be returning.”

“Enjoyed an afternoon at the Sports Page taking in a football game with my son. Food was great, service was better, and atmosphere was on point. He has sex and watched football and played all of the games they had to offer and thought it was great. We both enjoyed our time! We will be back.”

“We love Mexican so much that we’ve gotten really good at making it ourselves so I only review when great or terrible. Las Palmas was great! Food was so flavorful. I had the Enchiladas Rancheras and my sweetie had the Durango special. I’m picky about guacamole and theirs was creamy and delicious. To top it off, service was great and 2 entrees, a margarita and a beer came to less than $40! If we get back to Iowa, we’ll be back to Las Palmas.”

“Staff very friendly! Manager was also very friendly, thanked everyone for coming had a conversation with us about where we are from, and things we can do in the area. Was only my 2nd time going to a chic fil a and it was a great experience!
We got fries, kids meals, chicken tenders and spicey chicken sandwhich. The spicey chicken sandwhich was very hott and it was not able to be eaten all the way because it was super spicey.”

“We decided to try this place out of the blue. I heard they had good fun, but I definitely didn’t expect the amazing food that we got there. Wonderful service and delicious food and something for everybody even the picky eaters. Definitely recommend.”

“Popped in for some cocktails after having some initial difficulty finding (resides in the basement of the hotel which actually gives it a little bit of a speakeasy aesthetic). Drinks were amazing and enjoyed the conversation with the local server. Would definitely stop by again!”

“They know how to treat customers! We were there recently near closing time and were still eating well after closing. We never felt like we were being rushed to leave as you would in many places. Someone was sweeping up, but he made sure he wasn't near our table. A pet peeve of mine is staff sweeping next to our table while we are eating. Our server took very good care of us with a smile on his face. The food was very good and the portions were large.”

“We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible! The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group) They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!”

“Cook's cafe is a great place to eat with cheap prices and good service. Sometimes it takes some time to get your food but is well worth it. Most of the waitress are up beat and very attentive. They will have you floating before you leave. Will go back again”

“Been going here for 50 years. If your looking for a Mexican place and have time, it's great. A little hole in the wall place. Plan on a couple of hours. The chips and cheese sauce I'd a must to start and I follow up with cheese and onion enchilada and a chicken taco.”

“I’ve eaten at Pizza Ranch many times over the years, but tonight’s visit was hands down the best yet. Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole place was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our dinner tonight for sure! Highly recommend. 🍕✨”

“It is easier now to get into Wendy's on South Federal in Mason City. More of the road work is completed. Got a Dave's Triple and tried the new chicken tenders...both were great, fresh and hot. Staff was on top of it too.”

“Today they’re swamped however they managed to make my two orders surpassed my expectations they’re like a well oiled machine how well they work together I was blown away by how quickly they put together not only my two orders but quite a few others. Well done.”

“I got the chicken parmesan fettuccine, grilled cheese cheeseburger and onion rings. My son got the blackened salmon, mashed potatoes and wings. All the food was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The portions were a lot bigger than we expected, so we had plenty of food to take home. Servers were excellent. All that we can say is if you want great food and excellent service with a downhome feel, Applebee's is the place to go. Fabulous job to all of the staff.”
