I've taken a 3 year hiatus from this BW3 and have found a huge decline in customer service. I walked in and the hostess had his phone plugged into a charger sitting down and greeting me as I walked past him. Servers just hanging out not noticing any customers. I only come here anymore because of the professionalism and work ethic of Meagan, the very down to earth and old school bartender. She treats you like you are important and noticed. If she leaves I will as well....
I love me some Buffalo wild wings however, I wish this location would do the all you can eat wings and fries for $20 the nearest location near where I live and Iowa is all the way down in Ames that will offer the $20 for the all you can eat wings and fries.
Ordered food for pickup, and that time was 6:10 pm. Arrived at that time and was told they just started cooking the wings. I went on to wait another 20 minutes for the food to be brought out to me. I ordered extra ranch for the wings and opened the 2 ranch containers to find them both filled less than halfway. The wings were only half covered in sauce. I travel for work and love to get some B dubs, but this instance was less than satisfactory! 3 stars because the food was good,...
