We have had three orders wrong in three consecutive visits:
1) Drive thru- ordered a Double Butterburger w/bacon with everything. Received it plain. Ate it anyways because I had already left.
2) Dine in- ordered a Double Butterburger w/bacon. Received a single. Was remade.
3) Drive thru- ordered, payed, drove ahead with the #37 tag. 40 minutes and as others after us were long gone, walked in to find a bag of cold food with wrong #. was offered refund or remake....read full review
We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible!
The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group)
They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!
Thank you mason city Culver’s stafffor having great attitudes and serving a group of basketball players and their families just before closing time,,,
