“Spot on. By the water, great wait staff. Indoors too noisy so we sat outdoors on deck overlooking water. It was 90+ degrees, but the breeze from the water helped. We had the walleye sandwich. Awesome. Good flavor, nice "branded" bun, sauce and condiments inside it were nice. Good fries, crisp and golden. It was a long drive for us, over 5 hours but just that lunch made it worthwhile. We'll be back!“
“This is a late post, but one of my favorite stops when in town! They have the best view of boat traffic, tastiest drinks & the most flavorful food! I got a chicken sandwich this trip, friend got the fish tacos & both were amazing. Never had bad food. Depending on what event, holiday or time of year you visit the service can be over the top, but there is always a chance of waiting. Fear none tho, the wait is worth it!“
“Favorite restaurant that’s a hidden gem. Relaxed atmosphere with good friendly service always. This is the place to go if you’re looking for classic bar food and a TV. My favorite is the chicken jack sandwich and I have to get it every time I come back to this town! The ranch is simply THE BEST. The atmosphere is a bit dark like a man cave“
“Full disclosure, these guys are the best. My first introduction to midwest "kindness". Dan, Dave, Donnie, KJ, Jackie. They all have treated like a friend from day one. Honestly, it's my homebase as I travel the midwest. No matter how long I'm away, I'm always greeted with a "Howdy!" And a cold beer.“
“Duck wontons. Yes please. Pork tenderloin. Think of a normal bun then add two inches to the diameter and that's the tenderloin. Huge. Yes please. Taco salad. Yes please. Service. Amazing. “Beer was great, tried the hazy IPA, the pumpkin ale and the sour. The service is hard to judge since we went during Oktoberfest and it was hectic. The inside is very loud as there is an open metal exposed ceiling. So if you're looking for a place to have a chat I suggest sitting outside.“
