Again today waited 1/2 hour along with three other people waiting that long just to be told it wasn’t their fault , it’s the app. I showed my receipt and they just said they don’t have an order. I can’t cancel the order as the app shows they are making it but now it’s past 1030 and they said they aren’t . This has gotten to be a habit there . Person at the counter had a horrible attitude stating it wasn’t her fault so she can’t do anything. Totally unacceptable....read full review
Slowest food service in town.
You have the worst night shift staff of any place in Mt Pleasant. My drive through order was a HALF FULL, medium sized box of COLD fries as well as two fish fillets that were tougher to chew than leather. They honestly tasted like they had been reheated at least twice. This is not the first time I have gotten orders like this from the Mt Pleasant, IA McDonald's but it will be the last.
