Brasero Cocina & Cantina is a Mexican style restaurant in Iowa that has become a favorite place to eat for many. The service and the food are excellent, and the food is fresh with wonderful presentation. The Texas fajitas and a taquito type app are delicious, and the tacos to steak are all good. The jalapeño margarita is spicy, flavorful, and delicious, and the Fried Ice cream is amazing. The pricing is well worth it, and the wait time between entrees and desert is short. The restaurant offers cleanliness, positive vibes, and magnificent food. Servers take time to explain things on the menu and introduce menu items, creating a wonderful experience, and they are attentive even when the evening rush is coming in. The service is perfect at the bar, and the food is always on point. Many always leave impressed and would add Brasero to their dining rotation and recommendations.
