Got my hot latte Luke warm and watered down after paying for shot of espresso to be added. Wouldn’t be so bad if you could leave a message on the phone instead of being hung up on. Truly disappointed.
Better donuts! LOL!! Last night ordered what "said" Bavarian cream donut - not only was it stale, it was filled with that horrid "angel (anything but) cream" Awful.

Dunkin' is a cozy spot where the staff treats guests well. The cashier carefully handled a special coffee request, and the food was delicious. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was perfect, along with chocolate donut holes. The clean dining area added to the positive experience. A standout employee named "Zee" impressed a customer with exceptional service, making them a loyal regular. However, a small disappointment came with an order of hash browns that seemed lacking in portion and seasoning. Despite this, the welcoming atmosphere and great coffee make Dunkin' a place worth returning to.
