I had to explain my order 4 times because drive-thru couldn't understand dozen glaze, half dozen chocolate and half dozen plain cake (no icing)..... AND still got it wrong!! I've never liked dunken (frozen, not fresh), but lack of options in iowa.
Love the food and the worker loved there job!
Not sure what other people are complaining about, I have received great service at this location every time I visit, which is multiple times a week at least. Even when they have occasionally made a mistake, they have always corrected it with a smile and an apology.

Dunkin' is a cozy spot where the staff treats guests well. The cashier carefully handled a special coffee request, and the food was delicious. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was perfect, along with chocolate donut holes. The clean dining area added to the positive experience. A standout employee named "Zee" impressed a customer with exceptional service, making them a loyal regular. However, a small disappointment came with an order of hash browns that seemed lacking in portion and seasoning. Despite this, the welcoming atmosphere and great coffee make Dunkin' a place worth returning to.
