I normally would recommend Starbucks I love their coffee.. however today I had a not so nice experience..I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle.. and after having to hold and them coming back the screen had wrong item on it we told her she said wait a moment I'll change it then gives us the total and then we drive around and are given a frappuccino.. which is great and all except it isnt what we wanted or ordered I tell the lady this at drive thru she says...read full review
