The five star service rating is for April and Dale specifically.The service I received when I ordered was great. The food was good too. No problem there. Most of the time when I order Dale is the employee there that takes my order and hands it to me. Super friendly dude. No issue at all with him ever.This time though, I forgot my wallet at home and my digital wallet wasn't working either. My fault. No worries. I went home and grabbed my wallet and came back and paid for my food....read full review
I come in here maybe once or twice a week for breakfast, and the morning crew there are wonderful people! The food was okay at best, but the service hasn't been bad for the past couple of months.

I had my husband stop to get some Raisin Cinnamon Buscuits, of course it was closer to lunch-I explained to the counter girl--we don't have a Hardee's close to us--she said I will make you some--I was very happy, bought 4 of them....I gave her a tip for doing that for me, she said we need to get rid of them anyway, so thankful to her!!. That's what I calll good customer service!. Thanks again for making my day!!
