We tried Sal Vitale’s Take-N-Bake Pizzas for the first time after the Wapello Rodeo, grabbing seven pizzas from their delivery truck setup and WOW, we were blown away! Being from out of town, we’d never had the chance to try them before, but now we’re hooked. The quality is amazing, the flavor is spot-on, and they bake up beautifully. We only wish we had one closer to us because we’d be regulars! Affordable, delicious, and filling 1000% worth...
Very kind people, welcoming and they go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I moved up here from Miami and it’s been hard to find a dime like this place. Family owned business, 3 generations. If working in the area I absolutely have to stop in. Calzone is great, desert is great too. Great pizzas to take home and throw in the oven when you don’t feel like doing from scratch cooking for the evening. They also have great gelato and a selection of Italian grocery goods. Stop in and see Diego and his crew!
