“I love the Aromas Coffee shop rosters in Charles City, Iowa!!! Brazil Sierra Negra roasted whole beans, very uniform, very little chaff are Divine!! My newest espresso maker The Breville Barista Touch Impress grinds these beans to perfection for my espresso in the morning . And cappuccino in the afternoon The shipping was fast for my second order! Got my Brazil in time. I am hooked on Aromas coffee Roasters!!”

“I was the horrible customer that ordered a large pick up order for 30 mins before the store closed. One of the workers, Faye, called me to let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic. It was no problem and they swapped out the ingredient for me. All 4 foot longs were perfect with no mistakes, and Faye (a long with 2 other workers I didn't catch the name of) was very nice and professional in the store!”

The young man figured out what needed to be done. it was obvious to me (I have extensive customer service experience) that he was a problem solver. I was quite impressed. He exceeded my expectations. I wish I'd gotten his name. This was on a Friday morning around 10:15 am. He had dark hair and black-framed glasses. (That may be his regular shift.) We had breakfast items and they were standard McD's items. My friend's grandson loved it.”
