Just wanted to compliment one of the workers at this location, Liz! She is so sweet everytime I come in and tonight was very efficient all while helping out a new coworker learn along the way. Thank you, Liz. You rock! :)
Last night was the worse case of customer service ever! 3 girls working..the first 2 were great the cashier was awful. Rude. I had a few coupons if buy a sub you'd get free chips or drink or a cookie. Katie was her name snatched them out of my hands then threw 1 back n said she could only use 2 of them one per footlong id baught 3 all of my coupons should have worked. I was the horrible customer that ordered a large pick up order for 30 mins before the store closed. One of the workers, Faye, called me to let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic. It was no problem and they swapped out the ingredient for me. All 4 foot longs were perfect with no mistakes, and Faye (a long with 2 other workers I didn't catch the name of) was very nice and professional in the store!
