Chicken Wings near North Liberty

“A few days ago I ordered delivery from pizza hut. It was around 10:50 pm when I placed my order. I work in the restaurant industry myself so, I felt a little bad about this. My order wasn't too big though. I ordered just one large pizza. It said my estimated delivery time would be 11:40 pm.I received my pizza by 11:20. It was by far the hottest and the freshest pizza I've ever received in my whole life by delivery. I was more then impressed. Thanks so much for the timely and great pizza!!“

“This restaurant has incredible service and staff. I have been numerous times and each time I have been greeted at the door and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience. They recommend I try certain sauces, dishes, and even offer me a free drink with my meal. I did not know anything about this restaurant until I had their food at a graduation party. The food is great and very affordable!“

“Fantastic food! We love the fried catfish and the porkchops. The mac and cheese is heavenly. And the collards and Candied Yams are to die for. My husband and I always get the dessert too - his favorite is the strawberry shortcake but I love the apple salad. Highly recommend!“

“2nd time eating here. This place is very clean and has good customer service. The first time I order fish and fries. Now the fish was the biggest pieces of catfish I’ve seen. The fish had no season and it was really greasy. The fries were full of salt. I could not eat my food I called back and complained about the food and the guy who works up front was very understanding and was ready to refund me. I told him to not refund me just give me a credit and I’ll just try the wings the next time. I tried the wings finally with fried rice this time. The wings are nice size but it had little to no season on there. It just tasted like meat so I didn’t like them that much but oh boy the Fried Rice here is very delicious just plain vegetable fried rice and it’s amazing so I will definitely be ordering the fried rice more often I don’t know about the other menu items.“

“Delicious food and verrrrry kind staff. My boyfriend and accidentally left our card at home and they were extremely patient and understanding when we had to wait for our friends to bring the card so we could pay. Made an embarassing situation a lot better, and we really appreciate it“

“We ordered a pizza and brownie, when they arrived all the toppings had slid off the pizza and were in 1 corner of the box. I called the store, and they apologized right away and sent a replacement pizza, they even offered to throw in and extra dessert for our trouble. We declined the extra dessert, but thanked them for their excellent customer service. The replacement pizza was great. 10/10 will order from Domino's again.“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm .
