“when we placed the order the email confirmation said 20 minutes for our pu, which was totally fine. we went there with 8 mins to spare and waited in the car till the 20 was up. I could see the warmer from my car and noticed the pizzas in there. upon going in I soon found that our pizza had been in the warmer the whole time we were parked. the system did not refresh the time the pizza was actually done. 10 min drive home and although the pizzas weren't as warm as the should've been they were still good! 2 old newYorkers with 1 topping each. I love the prices and the quality of the food!“
