We love KFC chicken. Expensive but that’s not why I’m writing.

I’m writing to thank the honest young lady Jana who found my credit card Chris left on the counter last night. She could have taken it. She could have used it. But thankfully the young lady who was very sweet when she took our order was also very honest.
I called this morning 6-26 and Mark said my card was there.
I’m thankful that Jana is a honest young lady. Thanks again!!!!
Could hear management get loud with co worker when co worker qas I nly relaying a messageand wanted to make sure she was heard.... a customer was there to met with management and the 5/6 minutes I was waiting for my food order, management still had customer waiting on her to come out.
Other than that the food qas great as well as the service since she was the only one helping multiple customers at one time.
Clean, Pleasant employees, quick, good food as expected.

KFC offers tasty food, with some customers noting smaller portion sizes. The chicken is good, especially when paired with Mac n cheese, and the restaurant is known for being clean. While the coleslaw can be hit or miss, the service is friendly. Recently, a dedicated worker was praised for managing the busy drive-thru alone during a storm, providing excellent service and making sure customers were satisfied. Some minor issues like soured tea and overcooked chicken have been reported, but overall, the restaurant is a preferred choice for fresh chicken and friendly service. It is also kid-friendly, and kids love the chicken.
