They didn’t cut the pizza! How do you forget to cut pizza?
Nathan and Mitch always make sure I have a good lunch. Their customer service is why I return.
The (general?) manager Kimberly is amazing! Answered and took my order before the store was even open on a Saturday & when I came to pick it up, we realized we missed a pizza so she offered to get it made quickly or a coupon for a free one for another time, which was absolutely appreciated!:) Kimberly seems like an amazing manager and if I didn’t have a job already, I’d definitely want to work under her! However, there have been issues with orders, as one customer received the wrong pizzas twice but was pleased with the pleasant service from manager Nathan, who arranged a refund and ensured they received their correct order. Little Caesars is also recommended for delivery, especially when ordered through their app, as using Uber Eats can double menu prices.
