Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. I have called 5 times in the past 30 minutes. Anytime this happens and I end up going on to order there are always 2-3 employees standing around. It’s so frustrating!

Walked in today at 1pm. Stood for awhile. Noticed there were no pizzas in the warmers but all the lights were on. Another group walked in. A car pulled up. No employees. Shouted, walked around but no one was there. Weirdest experience. Not sure if it was suppose to be closed? Or why it would have been?

My boyfriend and I came in just to get one "hot and ready" pizza and it took them 25 min for them to get it out which isn't a huge deal but they were unprofessional and rude. They talked about both of us in a very rude manor right in front of us, but we ignored it and just left when we were served. After this, we went out to the car where the continued to point and talk and laugh in which they got flipped off because they were to the point of (possibly) recording us. A worker then came out and told us we were banned and they were calling the police. Never going back again, will stick to the little caesars off edgewood because it is ran professionally and with great service (shoutout to the Claytons). Also our pizza looked like this

Ordered an extra most Bestest and was told it was going to take 10 minutes. Wait 20 and then was told they had the wrong one. When I asked for a refund for the difference (I was fine with the wrong pizza) i was kicked out. They also didn’t CUT the pizza. So this place is by far the absolute worst customer service that I have EVER been to. The girl was so rude that my friends were laughing at me. Sad but I won’t ever be going back.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that takes at least the minimum COVID precautions, this isn’t the place. Employees with no masks in sight. Walked out immediately.
Ordered pizza and cheesy sauce for delivery and didn't get my sauce, when I called back the lady told me I would have to drive across town to pick it up..... 30 minutes both ways while my pizza sat at home..... I ask for a manager and she started yelling she was and she wasn't going to do anything about it, after I already paid for it. She insisted in yelling at me about how it's not her fault or responsibility to get the sauce when I asked to speak to the owner she hung up....most unprofessional and rude behavior I have ever encountered.... and I have worked in the food industry for 25 years, that would have gotten me fired

This Little Caesars is awesome! I ordered a pizza for delivery, and had not received it more than an hour after the delivery time thanks to DoorDash being a terrible business that doesn't actually care if their customers get their orders. I called this Little Caesars store, and the person on the phone was very helpful and one of the employees came by to deliver my order and he was very nice! Great customer service (and the pizza & crazy bread tasted great too!)

I ordered some pizza for delivery from this store, not knowing the delivery was through DoorDash... over an hour past my delivery time, I still had no pizza because no DoorDash drivers cared to fulfill my order. I called this store and the person who answered the phone was so helpful! One of the employees came by to deliver my order and he was very nice! Great customer service (and the pizza & crazy bread tasted great too!)

Always completely disorganized and the order is always wrong. Food is fine, but everything about the service is awful. Worth it to spend the couple extra bucks to get pizza somewhere else.
