Great food! Go there!

We simply love this restaurant, the people and food. We had their cajun pork ribeye and they are superbly cooked ...so tender and tasty. The pasta was also cooked to perfection ..al dente. And we love their pear and prosciutto salad. Their homemade tiramisu dessert was heavenly ...yum, yum.

So delicious! I had chicken piccata and lemon mascarpone cake; my husband had fettuccine carbonara and flourless chocolate torte. We hadn't been there in almost 4 years. We are definitely not going to wait that long again. We rarely go out, so it's not like we were going to other places instead. 😄 I'm so glad to see they expanded into the space next door: they were much busier on a Wednesday night than I thought they would be. Highly recommend!!!

I had the best hot Italian beef of my life here. And my wife Alfredo was absolutely amazing! Our favorite restaurant in the Iowa city area!

Unfortunately I didnt take any pictures because we were starving and chowed down immediately, however this is the second time i've been here. Last time I got the tortellini (YUM), this time I got beef ravioli and I brought some of my family with and everyone enjoyed their food, and we shared a tirimasu (a must try at Mirabito's). Our server Michael was so kind and attentive, he did a great job with 7 of us! I know I'll be back again! 🤩🤌🏼

Called a day ahead and was able to reserve the private dining space for a party of nine on a Friday night. The service was very fast and the staff were incredibly friendly. I’ve been here many times and I recognize the same staff working here which is a testament to the mom and pop energy that Mirabito’s has.

The pre-meal bread was fresh and tasty. I ordered the Hoagie sandwich with pasta salad. I love a tangy vinegar based dish and loved both. My partner got Livy’s Special salad. Typically I don’t go for salads but this one is worth it. Hands down the best salad I’ve ever had. My friends got desserts and enjoyed them.

We lost track of time and ended up staying until 8:30 which was past when they closed at 8:00. We felt bad as we didn’t realize they had closed. The staff were all understanding and told us that it was no big deal at all. Mirabito’s is one of my top restaurants and would highly recommend it.

Everyone there is very friendly. It was a lively atmosphere, but not too loud. The garden veggie pasta was fantastic. I didn't want something heavy/rich. This was perfect. I added shrimp to it. The veggies, pasta, and shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sauce was light and delicious. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was homemade pasta. My friends ordered the shrimp pasta and the carbonara and both really liked theirs also. The chocolate torte was good, but not as good as the one at 126. I will definitely go back any time I'm craving good pasta.
