Uh it was awful, from the service to the food absolutely horrible, they acted annoyed that you were there ordering food, and this is at 6:45pm , literally ate one bite and threw the burrito in the trash

You have to work harder than the staff. 7pm on a Monday, you have to bag your own food, watch 1 out of 4 people clean, and wait 15 minutes before you can order. I'm aware it's Labor day, but 30 minutes for fast food is worse than McDonald's.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit (August 28th around 8:45pm). The service was quite poor, and I struggled to communicate with the staff member who had dreadlocks. He seemed out of it(higher than a kite), making it hard to understand him. It was noticeable that the only staff member who seemed to be focused and actually doing her job was the young white girl. Additionally, the steak I ordered was incredibly tough, almost like it had been overcooked and left out for too long. The queso was hardened, making it unappetizing and the tortilla wasn’t even cooked and still very doughy like. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with both the food and the service.

I think this is the one of the worst Pancheros. Workers on their phones while I wait for help not one but three of them. I won’t be back

Apparently they were out of queso so I got no chips and queso. When I asked if it was at least on the burrito I was told yes. I get home and the burrito is DRY!!! There is supposed to be queso and extra sour cream neither made it on the burrito. When I asked for a refund I was met with we can offer a free drink as if that makes up for my $16 meal 😡 safe to say I’ll not be going to this location again… they are ALWAYS out of something!!

Never thought I’d hafta rate one of my favorite places to eat but this Pancheros specifically the employees have made me not even wanna eat there anymore. I love the food and I always just make pick up orders because id rather just have it be ready instead of dealing with upset employees. I made a pickup, on my way in one of the Spanish speaking employees told the other employee to say “yo soy un maricon” once I approached the counter. Just felt really awkward and uncomfortable to be trying to joke around with customers. Very unprofessional behavior/ mannerisms.
