The night shift was taken a turn for the worst. Customer service at an all time low. But when tagian is working I never have an issue! Very attentive, greats me when I walk in.

I used to love Pancheros, but haven't eaten there in months. And it's because the customer service is awful. No one greets you, place is often dirty, 4-6 employees behind counter and yet still slow service. I know it's fast casual, but if Jersey Mike's and Chick Fil A can always have good customer service, then we should expect the same from our hometown burrito joint.

Management is frequently holding meetings in the dining room during lunchtime and even though the music in the store is overly loud you can still hear them speaking about employees and other businesses.

TRIED TO EAT LUNCH AT THIS LOCATION. WAITED IN LINE FOR 10 MINUTES ONLY TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO ORDER. I ORDERED A SALAD & WAS TOLD I CAN NOT ORDER A SALAD OR A BOWL BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF BOWLS? I WATCHED AS MORE THATN 10 PEOPLE WALKED AWAY. I KNOW I WILL NOT BE BACK. HOW DOES A PLACE KNOWN FOR BOWLS RUN OUT OF BOWLS? THE MAMAGER SHOULD HAVE REALIZED THAT DAYS AGO & EITHER BOUGHTSOME FROM ANOTHER LOCATION OR PURCHASED SOME ELSE WHERE AS TO NOT INCONVIENCE THE CUTOMER. I ONLY GET 30 MINUTESFOR LUNCH & NOW THANKS TO PANCHEROS I HAVE TO SKIP LUNCH. UNACCEPTABLE,POOR MANAGEMENT

My husband and I walked in and we're not greeted by staff at all the young man started putting together our burritos and I noticed that the table top was extremely filthy even though the place was dead. I tried to overlook it ,the beans were really dry on top and I tried to overlook that and continue to build my burrito. Staff was extremely unfriendly during this time. I continued to the salads portion of the burrito and staff was checking out a lady in front of me he proceeded to count money out to her and come and touch my burrito at that point it was a no-go for me, he didn't offer to remake the burrito but offered to change his gloves ( mind you he touched the burrito) and that was it, needless to say I walked out! normally I would have overlooked this except for the way the staff treated me, was absolutely ridiculous they were not friendly they were not appealing nothing was appeasing and the store was completely disastrous! it makes me extremely sad to have to leave a review this negative. I don't think hubby and I will be visiting Pancheros again.
