We ordered from the app tonight at 5:45, called at 6:30 to check on our order. Got told door dash canceled the order, even though we ordered from the pizza ranch app. Got told they would remake it and get it to us. Called again at 7:10 to check on our order; the manager told us it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with door dash even though we ordered from the pizza ranch app. Finally just got our order and the chicken is dried out and clearly old and the gravy containers...read full review
Waited 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready because apparently they had to remake something. I got something totally different from what I ordered. The crust is so hard you can't bite into it and the bacon is so burnt you can't eat it. there was also some hair cooked into the bacon. I will not be returning to this location. 🤢🤮
