“This store is short staffed. However, with the attitude and demeanor of the staff, you would never know it. I was here on layover for 2 days. I ate here four times. The staff was exceptionally great and always had a positive and upbeat attitude. They always apologized that their hours were limited and they did not serve breakfast because of staffing issues. The food was always hot and fresh. From being a general manager of my own stores in the food industry before becoming a truck driver. I can tell you, I would have given anything to have a staff as a great as this one in any one of my stores throughout Covid. I really hope their area managers and owners, if it is a franchise location, know how hard they are trying and the great job they are doing!! I pass through here all the time, up and down 35 at least 10 times a month and never stopped at this rest area. I definitely will make it a point to moving forward. Thanks guys.
