I can see why the reviews are so low at this location, as it's not just me! Why can't a sandwich be made correctly from what is ordered?? We ordered 4 sandwiches and out of the 4, only 2 were made correctly. I sent a message (comments) to subway, and supposedly the owner sent me a message saying they were sorry and would have a talk with the staff so this doesn't happen again... Well.., the staff must not be receiving there "talk" from owner, as the workers still can't get the sandwiches correct! I even asked owner if she could replace just the 2 sandwiches that they got wrong, since I even paid for the extra (bacon), but she never acknowledged me, and now I see why there reviews are so low, and why another review said they were going to Jimmy John's!, and I agree, I'm done giving subway any more chances.....Below is the message I received from this subway location:I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant.I understand that my staff’s behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. We are dedicated to handcrafting our meals in a welcoming environment.I am always looking for ways to improve the restaurant experience for my customers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future.Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon.Julie Lynn GorscheOwner

The store was very clean and the worker helping me did great. I got one sandwich and for everything I was unsure about he gave me advice of some sort. I was unsure about cheese however since my sandwich normally comes with double cheese he posed the idea of using both kinds, and when I was unsure about sauce he let me try them in little cups. I felt bad about going in close to when the locked down but he had a very positive attitude and seemed happy that he could help me.

They're pretty cheap with the toppings compared to other Subways. Jimmy John's is across the street, and they actually put a decent amount of toppings on their sandwich.

Workers were clueless, one lady gave me “extra” chicken when I had a regular chicken bacon ranch sandwich and wouldn’t take it

Alex was terrible, absolutely terrible. Two weeks in a row we came in after practice around 8:40 and he was extremely upset he had to serve us. Jimmy John’s it is.

Sad been here twice (shame on me for #2 visit) I was wasting the employees time. I experienced a first...The person grabbed a handful and ripped the ham up and shoved it in the bread in big clumps. So a few bites had no meat. Then while this was being made the cashier yelled "just the sandwich?" I was also pleased to have to repeat myself with every ingredient...but I did get to hear what the employees plans were for the weekend tho. Classy

Staff was extremely rude and threw my sandwich on the counter like it was in inconvenience I was there. Super short and acted like serving was the worst thing possible.

The employees are anything BUT friendly. I thought my last visit was an exception to any other subway locations I’ve been to, but this is my second time here…different employees than the last time I was here…but definitely not anyone I would want working for me. My dad was in restaurant and hotel management and I was taught customer service by him. I have experience with dining and these employees need to be knocked down a notch or two. I won’t be back to this location!!!

We went in and the lady supposed to help us was insanely rude. She was not welcoming, was very clearly annoyed to be helping us, was throwing things on the sandwich and the lids to the containers, crushed our chips and was just overall very unwelcoming and rude. Our green bell peppers also looked as if they had mold on them. Then on top of that, we got food poisoning and were very violently ill. Needless to say, I would give zero stars if I could. You need more friendly employees and food that won't poison people's bodies. We have 2 small children, 4 and 1, we should not have to worry about our kids getting sick by their dinner. With how rude she is, it almost feels like getting us ill was intentional. We will not be back at this location. I'm very very disappointed by the entire experience. Do better.

Do not waste your time at this location in Norwalk, Iowa. Don’t waste your time on there subway series sandwiches. You’re lucky if you taste anything that’s in that sandwich their classic sandwiches taste better and have more in it. Go to Jimmy John’s in Norwalk you get a better made quality sandwich at the same if not cheaper price. The manager owner of the Norwalk, Iowa subway responded to my complain and hardly even cared about anything that I said please take your business somewhere else.
