Service was good. Quality appears to have gone down. Miss the old crew they used to have. Looked messy and was pretty empty. Lot of the vegetables were partially frozen to the bins. Used to be a really good Subway. I'll avoid until it improves.
It's Subway. I have definitely seen and eaten it far worse Subways than the Norwalk location. Norwalk Subway kind of has it going on.
This Subway location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the sandwiches were made quickly with fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a good experience and the location seemed to be run nicely. That said, a trip to Subway costing at/above $20 per person seems pretty crazy. Prices have really gone up over the last year or so, and if the individual owner has any say in menu pricing maybe they could consider reducing the overall cost in order to retain repeat customers.
