We have never waited so long for such a small order. 6 times we have come here. all 6 have been 30+ minutes waiting, even when we are the only customers.
30 minutes waiting on our food, both blizzards were melted, get back home, half the order is missing, call and speak with the manager who informed me that she is new to this, they have a new cook and short staffed. It's always the same thing. $45 and we didn't even get half of it. Then you want me to come back so I can waste another 30 minutes? No.
My wife and I have given this Dairy Queen so many chances to improve, but every time we arrive in recent months, we are greeted sarcasm and rude employees. We went through the drive thru around 5:30 on Friday December 13, 2024. We arrived at the speaker and the female worker said welcome to Onawa dq, please hold on in a halfway sincere tone.
